In-Person Consultation:

Confidentiality And Privacy

Your privacy is very important, anything we discuss, I see or find during working together is strictly confidential and I abide by the professional code of ethics as set out by APDO (Association of Professional Declutterers and Organisers) and I am registered with the ICO  (Information Commissioners Office)

Advice

I offer advice to the best of my knowledge for decluttering and organising, a written agreement will be signed by both parties before work is carried out, it is your decision to keep or discard of items discussed, I therefore take no responsibility for your decision at the time or in the future. I cannot give you valuations but I am willing to help you source professional advice on such items.  Unfortunately accidents may occur but I shall not be liable for any damages, I do have public liability and indemnity insurance with Westminster Insurance.

Limits of Work

I will help with moving and relocating items and will happily help with light cleaning, however, due to health and safety considerations I will not be able to move or lift heavy items but will happily source additional support if required.

Removal of Items

I do not hold a licence for waste disposal but will help you make arrangements or give you recommendations, at your request, I will deliver a small amount to a local charity shop of your choice.

Cancellations

I understand cancellations are sometimes unavoidable, I kindly ask you to let me know as soon as possible so I can book in other customers.  I will be happy to re-book your session to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% for the session missed.

Payments

I charge £40.00 per hour, any parking, congestion or toll charges will be added to the invoice. See my pricing page for a full fee breakdown.  I invoice on the day of completion, payment is due on the day by cash, cheque or bank transfer to “Harmonized Living UK”
